Renovation/Addition to 2 Story Colonial. Full Redesign of Exterior to a Modern Farmhouse style with board and batten siding, new cultured stone base and entry, and all new roof and eaves. Exterior design leveraged small additions for workspace to garage, new window seat and higher windows in Living room, and bump out on 2nd floor to expand a smaller bedroom to create new high impact gabled features. Small Addition in rear to create a new more convenient entry off rear of house and extension of existing deck complete with a generous Mud/Laundry room. Relocation of first floor bathroom to be more conducive for use from rear entry/pool area and to allow for a new and expanded eat in kitchen with large island, new pantry area, and beautiful open floor plan to existing family room/sitting area with a view of the existing fireplace.
